Together with members of the Nerima Ward Association for Promoting Selective Surname System, we held an appeal action at Nerima Station.
I gave a speech saying, “I want to continue to use the name that my parents gave me and that we overcame examinations and employment together, as if we were comrades-in-arms.” We also collected many signatures and sticker questionnaires.
