We observed a flood drill held at the Metropolitan Johoku Central Park. It was filled with various sandbagging methods by the neighborhood association, fire brigade, and ward office, rescue of people who were late in escaping, VR experience people, police, firefighters, and infrastructure such as water, electricity, and gas. They also had a ladder truck experience and lots of little kids!
